Refund policy

We accept returns for all website purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests will be reviewed within 48 hours. Please note that returns requested after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.

All items must have their tags attached; otherwise, the return may be rejected, and the buyer may need to cover the delivery cost for rejected items.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility until the item safely reaches us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service.

You will receive an email notification once your return is approved and will be provided with our returns address.
